How can an admin remove a membership?

  1. To remove a membership, start by clicking Home from the menu bar in the admin portal.  You can access this menu bar from any page on the site.
  2. Next, click on Library Membership to go to the Membership page.
  3. To remove a membership, click Remove next to the membership you want to remove.
  4. Once you click Remove, a box will pop up asking “Are you sure you want to remove membership?”.  If you are sure, click Yes.  Keep in mind, this action cannot be undone.  If you are not sure, click No.
  5. Your membership has now been removed.
