What is order reprocessing?

You may need to reprocess an order if the client needs to return a product, extend a rental, if a change has been made to the class schedule and they signed up for a class, to remove or extend membership.  Some changes can be made from the member portal.  If a client makes a change in the member portal, the administrator is notified when the item appears under Order(s) Need Reprocessing.
