How can I end a rental?

  1. To end a rental, click Home from the admin portal menu.
  2. Click on Order Manager.
  3. Click Search Order
  4. Enter the clients name or email address into the search box
  5. Click Edit/Process Order next to the rental you want to extend
  6. To end a rental, click End Rental
  7. A dialogue box will appear, asking “Are you sure you want to end the rental?”  If you want to end the rental, click End Rental.
  8. Select the status of the returned product from the drop down box next to Return Status.  This signifies the condition of the product.
  9. Choose the date the product was returned by entering it in the End Date box
  10. Select whether the refund should be a Full Refund, an Overdue Charge, or a Regular Refund Fee.  If you select the full refund, enter in the required information.
  11. Click Process when you are ready to process the refund.  If you want to End the Rental Without Refund, click the button.
  12. The rental is now ended.
